Excellent tool that is very well built and does the job. admittedly i'm trying to use mine to do the impossible with my two dogs but it has given me great results. due to its size and sharpness it gives minimal pulling which causes the dogs less stress than other tools have done.

Great for longer hair pets
This is the first time I've seen a comb that combs hair this well. I've bought several expensive large dog combs in Korea, but this one is the best. My dog is so sensitive that even a little pain from combing makes him run away, but this one is slightly painful yet refreshing, so he doesn't run away and instead changes his posture and squirms in an effort to get rid of it. The retriever's fur comes out as I comb it, so I only need to comb it for about 10 minutes a day. If you gather up the loose hair, it seems like it could make a decent tennis ball size. It's the changing of seasons and I bought it because it's a battle with hair, but every time I comb it, it feels cool and refreshing. However, while combing, too much hair flies out, so I gather the hair in the corners and use a wet tissue to pick up the flying hair while combing. Haha, I highly recommend this to people who raise large dogs.
